The PEI Boating Festival
A celebration of our love of boating, our reputation for throwing a good party & for spending time with good friends.
The Around the Island Race is held every two years, on even-numbered years, as a fantastic alternative when the world-famous Marblehead Race is not taking place. The next race is scheduled for July 2026.
On odd-numbered years, we host the Confederation Bridge Race Series, featuring two exciting races: Charlottetown to Summerside and the return leg from Summerside to Charlottetown.

Join the Confederation Bridge Event from Charlottetown to Summerside, or from Summerside to Charlottetown. Or do both! You can follow the action of the sailboat race, or cruise at your own pace. There are no rules or schedule for the powerboaters!

Is held every second year on even years in order to provide a great option in the years when the world-famous Marblehead Race is not happening.
This 325 nautical mile journey in some of the warmest waters north of the Carolina’s around one of the most beautiful islands you will find anywhere.
Come a few days early or stay a few days after you compete or enjoy our amazing white Sand Beaches & our world class golfing.
